Four steps, one file, no accounts.
OnTrack is a single desktop application. It does not watch your inbox, does not scrape your LinkedIn, and does not need to know who you are.
Save the posting
Paste the job URL or drop in the text. OnTrack opens a record and keeps the link. Nothing is submitted anywhere.
Archive on apply
The moment you mark a record Applied, the page is rendered to PDF and stored beside your database with a checksum. When the listing is pulled three weeks later, you still have the requirements you were judged against.
Move it along the scale
Ten canonical statuses, each change dated. Drag on the board or hit ⌘K and type the status. Nothing is inferred from your email.
Read the numbers, or don't
Reply rate, median days to first reply, stage-by-stage conversion — each shown only once its sample clears the threshold, and labelled with what it was computed from.

Paste-to-parse can fill in role, company, location, work mode, and salary from a job description. It is off by default, shows an estimated cost before each call, and uses an Anthropic API key you supply. Drafting and analysis features are still planned.
